  1. How do I know that my order is confirmed?
    Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation call & email. It will include your order number and estimated time of delivery.

  2. Can I modify my order after placing it?
    Kindly note that we are ready to make changes to your request on the off chance that it has not been fulfilled yet. If you need to change anything in your order, please reach us via email at support@covercraft.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, once the order is fulfilled, you cannot add new items to the order, but you can always place a new order for the desired items. If you wish to remove items from your order, please contact our customer service to cancel the order, so a new order can be placed.

  3. How can I track my order?
    You will receive an email with shipment details, including the shipment number (AWB) and the name of the courier company. You can track your order on their website, or you can also write to us at support@covercraft.com. Additionally, you can track your order from our website.

  4. Are there any shipping charges?
    Shipping charges depend on the delivery options available in your area or country. The shipping cost may vary based on your exact location and delivery choice. Shipping is also dependent on the item ordered, the total weight, and the destination. The total amount will be displayed on the payment confirmation screen before processing.

  5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
    Yes, we do offer cash on delivery (Rs.99 extra, no cash back, no free gift). Choose online payment for a better deal!

  • We always make a confirmation call before dispatching your order, so you can straightforwardly change or cancel your order during that call.
